A 16-year-old boy is dead and a 14-year-old boy is wanted following a shooting inside a Hamilton mall.
Emergency services rushed to Jackson Square Friday afternoon around 5pm for reports of shots fired inside the mall
Police believe that there was an altercation between the victim and two suspects inside a mobile store before shots rang out.
The teenage victim was rushed to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The two suspects fled the scene, running through the doors of 110 King Street West, then heading eastbound toward James Street.
Hamilton police have since identified a 14-year-old suspect in connection with this incident.
He is facing a second degree murder charge.
Police are urging him or anyone with information related to this incident to come forward.
