Niagara police have made an arrest following a fatal collision in Pelham last month.
The collision took place back on March 1st in the northbound lane of Victoria Avenue where a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle.
The collision forced the struck car off the roadway and into a ditch.
The driver of the struck vehicle was transported to an out-of-region hospital for treatment, but later died as a result of his injuries.
21-year-old Mitchell Tinney of Wainfleet has been charged with one count of Dangerous Operation Causing Death.
