A Niagara Falls man is facing child sexual abuse and exploitation charges.
Niagara Regional Police say they were alerted last month to a suspicious man near a playground.
The man was arrested and detectives began an investigation.
This week they were cleared to search a home in Niagara Falls.
As a result 48-year-old Bobby Terry Mathieson has been charged with Make Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material, Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material, and Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order.
Police believe that Mathieson may have been to other public areas where there were children and they are asking for the publics help in finding dates and times.
