Ontario MP Marilyn Gladu has crossed the floor.
Gladu, who is originally from St. Catharines, announced today she has left the Conservative caucus to join Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberals.
It makes her the 5th MP to cross the floor since November.
Gladu is the MP for Sarnia-Lambton, and issued a statement saying she is proud to be the newest member our new Liberal Government.
The Liberals are now one seat short of a majority in the House of Commons.
