A convicted serial killer has been moved to medium-security prison.
CBC News is reporting that Dellen Millard has been moved from a maximum-security facility here in Ontario to a medium-security institution.
Co-conspirator Mark Smich was transferred to a medium-security facility back in 2021.
The two men are convicted of murdering Tim Bosma and Laura Babcock.
Millard was also convicted of first-degree murder in the death of his father.
