GO Train service returns to Niagara today after derailment in St. Catharines last week

Lakeshore West train service between Confederation GO and Niagara Falls GO resumes today following a train derailment.
Customers can once again travel by GO train to and from St. Catharines and Niagara Falls.
Officials say as service fully resumes, trains may arrive 5-10 minutes later than scheduled.
A CN freight train derailed in St. Catharines last Monday morning near Glendale Avenue.
The incident involved 13 cars carrying non-dangerous goods, causing significant disruptions to GO Transit and the Welland Canal operations.
