A private group says they have a plan to help 30 beluga whales that are looking for a new home.

Knapp Capital Management wants to create the worlds first inland sanctuary for marine animals on the former Marineland property.

The $4-billion plan would include a 120-acre sanctuary for the belugas on site.

The entire project would also include an entertainment venue, two hotels, an indoor waterpark and ski slope and more.

Knapp Capital Management say they have already been in talks with the owners of Marineland and they are ready to move on the plan immediately if a deal is done.
