The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake has been made aware of unauthorized work that recently took place at 14785 Niagara River Parkway.
The town received a complaint about unauthorized work in progress related to the schoolhouse structure at this address.
The schoolhouse is protected historical property under the Ontario Heritage Act, and is and a valued heritage asset to the community.
Staff is working with the property owner to achieve compliance and ensure the building is properly secured.
