The Niagara Regional Police Service has officially kicked off their 6th annual Spring Food Drive.
The NRPS is partnering with 10 local food banks, 13 local grocery stores, as well as Post Foods Canada until Thursday May 14th.
Officers will be posted at various grocery stores across the region from 9am to 3pm daily to collect donations in the effort to tackle food insecurity in Niagara.
The past five years has seen over 73,500 pounds of food donations and $53,000 in cash and gift cards.
Here’s a look at this week’s food drive schedule:
Day 1: Monday, May 11, 2026 9am – 3pm
Pelham (Pelham Cares) – Food Basics, located at 130 Highway 20 East
