Niagara is under a special weather statement with rain, strong winds, and freezing temperatures on the way.
Environment Canada says rain will start in Niagara tonight, before it changes over to flurries through the day tomorrow as temperatures rapidly fall below the freezing mark.
As the cold front moves through it will leave behind strong winds, with gusts of 60 to 80 km/h expected.
Winds are expected to ease through Friday evening.
Officials say roads and walkways may become icy, and travel may become difficult at times.
