Councilors agreeing to reimburse $743,499 in permit fees to the developers.
The project at 159 Ontario Street includes 492 affordable housing units.

Funding will be drawn first from the Affordable Housing Reserve ($422,000), the Hydro Reserve ($302,499), and the Housing Accelerator Fund ($19,000).
