The owners of the former GM property in St. Catharines are appealing city order.
Last month the city issued a Property Standards Order calling on the owners to make repairs or demolish buildings on the site.
The city says no further action will be taken until the appeal is heard.
The Property Standards Committee will hear the appeal on June 25 at City Hall.
